HAHAHA how ironic that the two commenters criticizing the intelligence of the writer aren't as smart as they think they are.
Shana has the writing skills of a high-school student. If she wants to be TECHNICAL, then the writer didn't "spell 'you're' incorrectly," he used the wrong WORD. I suppose she wasn't looking for advice on reducing her love handles; she was searching for someone's grammar to complain about.
Then a guy calling himself "Fat Man" criticizes anyone into staying fit as "bimbos who are obsessed with being thin." Apparently, he's a bimbo who'll stay fat, as he couldn't seem to spell "physical" or "their" correctly.
As far as the article itself, it's decent but could use some work. The "ab fat" most people refer to is Subcutaneous Fat - the fat under the skin. The most dangerous type of fat is the Visceral Fat which surrounds the organs. Otherwise, the advice is basic but generally correct.
